6. Donations
The Randpark Ridge Islamic Foundation (RPRIF) accepts voluntary donations to support its religious, educational, and community activities.

6.2 Use of Funds
Donated funds will be used at the discretion of RPRIF to support its objectives, including but not limited to:

Maintenance and upkeep of the musallah and facilities
Educational programmes (including madrasah and Hifz)
Community outreach and welfare initiatives

While RPRIF will make reasonable efforts to apply donations toward any specified purpose, it reserves the right to redirect funds where most needed to fulfil its mission.

6.3 No Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable, except where:

A payment error has occurred (e.g. duplicate transaction)
Required by applicable law

6.4 Payment Processing
Donations may be processed through third-party payment providers. RPRIF does not store or have direct access to your full payment details. By donating, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.

6.5 Receipts and Tax

Donation receipts will be issued upon request or where applicable
RPRIF will indicate if it holds any relevant tax exemption status (e.g. PBO status under South African law)
Donors are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own tax obligations

6.6 Fraud Prevention

RPRIF reserves the right to refuse or reverse any donation where fraud, unauthorised use, or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.

6.7 Indemnity

By making a donation, you agree to indemnify RPRIF against any claims, losses, or damages arising from unauthorised use of your payment method, except where caused by RPRIF’s negligence.
